HOUSTON—All-State Belting L.L.C. has acquired Duecker Rubber Services, a regional distributor, fabricator and installer of heavy duty conveyor belting headquartered in Houston.
The facility will be operated as Duecker Rubber Service, a division of All-State Belting.
The Duecker family had owned and operated Duecker Rubber since 1957. All-State, a national distributor of conveyor belting, said Bill, Robert and Paul Duecker will remain with the company in management roles.
In addition, All-State said all support personnel and technicians will be retained.
All-State has four locations: Des Moines, Iowa; Columbus, Ohio; Charlotte, N.C.; and Lewisville, Texas.
Ever since the Marubeni Group, one of the largest trading companies in Japan, acquired All-State Belting, the firm said its strategic initiative is to provide its customers with more comprehensive services, and it calls this acquisition another step toward providing customers with conveyor solutions and services.
All-State added full service, heavy duty installation capabilities to its Columbus operation in March, 2015, and it said it plans to add more full service locations in the future.
