WOODSTOCK, Conn.—Rogers Corp.'s High Performance Foams Division has changed its name officially to Elastomeric Material Solutions to better reflect its growing range of products and capabilities.
“The name change is the result of productive input and dialogue with customers and employees from around the world,” said John Quinn, vice president of Elastomeric Material Solutions, in a news release.
He said it “more clearly reflects who we have become through years of innovation and development and where we expect to be in the future. More than just foams, we are a technology based material solution provider.”
Elastomeric Material Solutions produces such elastomeric products as Poron foams, Bisco silicones, XED extreme impact protection materials and recently acquired Arlon silicones. It serves the industrial equipment, mobile internet device, plane, train, automobile, protective gear, footwear, medical and others.
