INDIANAPOLIS—Joseph Grenny, co-chairman of Vital Smarts, will serve as keynote speaker at the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers' Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference.
The conference, hosted by ARPM, will be held at the J.W. Marriott in Indianapolis Oct. 22-23. It is designed to provide profit-impacting information to senior executives in the rubber and plastics manufacturing industries.
Grenny's presentation will address how the power of influence can transform businesses, ARPM said in a July 27 news release.
“Each year the conference committee works diligently to find energetic individuals who will share unique takaways for the audience to implement in their day-to-day operations,” ARPM Managing Director Letha Keslar, who is also the conference director, said in the release.
ARPM said conference attendees will also hear from Steve Riddel of blinds.com on the ultimate customer experience, Kindra Hall on the power of storytelling, and Wayne Punch will discuss safety management.
The association said registrations already have reached a record number with more than 500 manufacturing executives expected to attend. For more information, including registration and complete speaker lineup, visit the ARPM's website.
ARPM is a trade association with more than 70 members, managed by rubber leaders and serving the rubber industry.
