AUBURN HILLS, Mich.—Continental A.G. was included on Forbes' America's Best Employers 2015 list.
With 200,000 employees worldwide, the firm said it employs about 20,000 people in the U.S. and one of the top companies included on the list, which was generated from a survey field of employees in more than 1,100 companies.
The list appeared in the April 13 edition of Forbes.

Continental operates five divisions, Chassis and Safety, Interior, Powertrain, Tire, and ContiTech, with operations in 53 countries and 2014 sales of about $36.5 billion.
