    Ralph Dimenna, Michelin

GREENVILLE, S.C.—Ralph Dimenna, a senior vice president who directs the global incubator program at Michelin, will serve as the keynote speaker for the ACS Rubber Division Spring Technical Meeting and Education Symposium, to be held April 27-29 at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville.

Dimenna, who is also responsible for Michelin Tweel Technologies, will give a talk entitled “Driving Growth through Innovation.” The address will be held April 28 from 11 a.m. to noon at the first floor Regency C room at the Hyatt.

Michelin's incubator program office has locations in Greenville; Clermont-Ferrand, France; and Shanghai, China.

For five years, Dimenna served as the worldwide technical director for passenger and light truck original equipment tire development at Michelin. From 2005-09, he was technical director for North American passenger and light truck original equipment development.

Michelin said he has played an important role in the design, development and launch of key product applications for original equipment including the introduction of the Energy, Primacy, Pilot Sport and Pilot Super Sport product lines.

Dimenna joined Michelin in 1993 and has experience in product development, having held various positions in tire design and development while on assignments in the U.S. and Europe.
