RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.—Matt Hanchana has been promoted to sales technical service manager at Giti Tire (USA) Ltd.
His responsibilities include delivering the development and execution of the company's sales technical service actions, according to Giti. Hanchana's focus will be on policies and procedures, warranty programs, technical data collection, technical sales and after-sales support and training.
Giti said Hanchana is a 14-year veteran of the tire industry, first joining the company in December 2012, and served as technical service coordinator supporting the company's technical service activities for passenger, light truck and commercial tire sales and marketing.
“Matt has proven to be a tremendous asset to our customers, and we look forward to his continued contributions in his new position with increased responsibilities,” said Armand Allaire, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Giti.
