DIAMOND BAR, Calif.—Donnie Eatherly, president and CEO of P&E Distributors, and Wade Kawasaki, president and CEO of the Coker Group, are vying to be chairman-elect of the Specialty Equipment Market Association in SEMA's 2015 Board of Directors election.
Candidates for the two open seats in the SEMA board's Manufacturers Category are Susan Carpenter, president, JR Products; Laurel Dasher, Northeast sales manager, Powerteq; and Dave Edmondson, senior vice president, Roadwire.
In the Distributor/Retailer Category, candidates for the two open seats are Jim Bingham (incumbent), president and CEO, Winner's Circle Speed & Custom; Nick Gramelspacher (incumbent), vice president-sales and marketing, Meyer Distributing; Parley Valora, vice president, Premier Performance L.L.C.; and David Ziozios, CEO, Motorcity Distribution.
Running for the one open seat in the Services Category are Dan Kahn, president, Kahn Media Inc., and Clint Sly, chief marketing officer, Hagerty Insurance Co.
Current SEMA-member companies will vote on the candidates between May 13 and June 9, SEMA said.
Each company's primary SEMA contact must cast the vote, and that contact will receive details on voting in May, complete with ballots and links.
SEMA will announce the winners in June and formally induct them into the Board of Directors at the SEMA Installation Gala in July, the association said.
