NOVI, Mich.—Cooper Standard Holdings Inc., parent company of Cooper Standard Automotive Inc., appointed Roger Hendricksen as director of investor relations, effective immediately.
The new role makes Hendricksen responsible for further developing the firm's investor relations function and leading the company's interface with the financial and investment community.
Hendricksen has more than 25 years of business experience, including roles in corporate finance, marketing and more than 13 years leading the investor relations function at publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Cooper Standard, Hendricksen was president and principal at IronStreet Consulting. He also led investor relation functions at Jaguar Mining Inc., Massey Energy Co. and Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.
