DAVENTRY, England—Hankook Tire Co. Ltd. has named Stephen Marsh to be retail development manager of the Hankook Tyre United Kingdom Ltd. unit.
Marsh, who joined the company on Jan. 5, will develop and expand the Hankook Master's Program in the U.K., as well as work with other regional retailers to assist in developing the reach of Hankook's portfolio. Marsh has spent 30 years in the industry, including serving as a training manager and marketing manager in the U.K.
He recently worked as the trading and marketing manager for a tire manufacturer in the U.K., and he also has served as a consultant for Hankook.
“Stephen's appointment highlights our ambitious growth plans for the Hankook Master Program,” Jong Jin Park, managing director at Hankook Tyre U.K. said in a news release.
The Hankook Masters Program has been designed to create a consistent retail experience across all shop types to provide a unified brand experience to consumers. Hankook Tire's European headquarters are located in Neu-isenburg, Germany, and operates facilities across Europe.
