VANCOUVER, B.C.—The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries has opened registration for its 2015 Convention and Exposition, scheduled for April 21-25 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
ISRI2015 is designed to provide scrap recyclers from around the world with educational and networking opportunities, product showcases and industry news, ISRI said in a press release.
Robert Gates, former U.S. Secretary of Defense, will be keynote speaker at the April 25 closing general session, ISRI said. At the April 23 opening session, the main speaker will be Stan Slap, author and corporate strategist.
ISRI2015 will feature east and west exhibit halls with booths and displays from companies offering equipment, products and services specific to the recycling industry, ISRI said. It also will offer general sessions, spotlight programs and workshops designed to fit the needs of the entire spectrum of recyclers, it said.
