LINCOLN, England—Silicone and organic rubber engineering company James Dawson has appointed David Hall to the newly created role of head of global operations, effective Jan. 6.
Hall was previously operations director at JJ Churchill and has experience working across the automotive, industrial electronics, food equipment, construction and aerospace manufacturing sectors.
“One of his key tasks will be to influence strategic decisions in regards to where to increase our global manufacturing footprint now and in the future—whether that be in China or elsewhere—with a view to enhancing value stream without detriment to quality,” said Paul Edwards, managing director of James Dawson.
