AKRON—Goodyear has appointed Jean-Denis Perche as general manager of its Middle East and Africa region.
Perche spent 10 years at the Goodyear-Dunlop Group in sales and marketing. He began his career in Germany in 1996 at Euromaster as marketing manager. In 1998 he took over the marketing director role before moving to join Dunlop in 2002 as pricing business intelligence manager in Germany.
In 2004, he joined Goodyear Dunlop Tires France as brand manager, Dunlop, and then he took over the marketing director position in 2007.
He headed the Consumer Tires Division in April 2010.
