BRAMPTON, Ontario—Zochem Inc. said it has implemented a customer resource management system, while preparing to launch a revamped website.
According to the company, the CRM will be integrated into the company's management software.
“We will see enhancements to the customer relationship while allowing our sales managers and Customer Care Team instant access to everything they need to serve our customers quickly,” said Chris Ellen, director, sales and marketing at Zochem, which is the first subsidiary of Horsehead Holding Corp. that will utilize the system.
Zochem's website, expected to be complete by the end of the year, will offer web tools to ensure customers have updated information and access to Zochem technical information and support. It also will provide links to information and news about zinc oxide as well as links to distributors in North America and globally.
