BIELSKO-BIALA, Poland—Polish plastic parts maker Teknorubber Polska Sp. z o.o. has been put up for sale following its insolvency filing in March 2014. The company is to be auctioned through a tender.
The equipment installed at the firm's production facility, including injection molding machines made by Mapelli and HT MIR, is estimated to be worth close to $935,000, according to data released by the company's liquidator. The machines are fitted with a clamping force of between 150 metric tons and 450 metric tons.
Based in Bielsko-Biała, in the country's southern part, the Polish firm specialized in the production of a wide range of plastic components. Teknorubber provided its output to various automotive and home appliances manufacturers.
The deadline for submitting bids is Sept. 5, according to the liquidator.
