LAKE GENEVA, Wis.—Trostel Ltd. has hired Dennis Askew as business development manager.
Askew brings more than 25 years of experience in automotive, appliance, agriculture and industrial equipment markets. Prior to joining Trostel, Askew held several business development and management position with a variety of companies, including Idemitsu Lubricants America, Valspar and Recycled Polymeric Materials.
Trostel said in his previous roles, Askew positively impacted sales goals, achieved important business initiatives and motivated sales teams to drive profitability.

Trostel said Askew will be based in Michigan and will maintain the company's relationships with strategic accounts nationwide, focusing on automotive, vocational truck and industrial pump customers.

Trostel manufactures precision seals, custom-molded rubber products and proprietary compound mixes for the appliance, automotive and general industrial markets. The firm is headquartered in Lake Geneva and operates facilities in Whitewater, Wis.; McAllen, Texas; and Reynosa, Mexico.
