LUTTERWORTH, England—Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies GmbH & Co. is consolidating the customer service, inside sales, logistics and product support coverage for all of its European aerospace customers to its service center in Lutterworth.
The firm is targeting to complete the transition by October.
Lutterworth provides warehouse, product support and logistics service. The facility previously had focused on aerospace customers primarily in England. The firm hopes to create a service hub that will support industry needs across Europe—including Freudenberg-NOK's aviation manufacturers in Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
“Necessitated by our strong growth in this segment, the creation of this European aerospace hub will allow a focused, coordinated approach to all customer interactions from communication and order fulfillment to product support and logistics,” said Sean Morgan, global segment director, aerospace.
Lutterworth is an AS9120/EN9120 certified quality management system facility and is the three-time recipient of the Pattonair Gold Supplier honor for outstanding customer service, technical support and delivery performance.
