INDIANAPOLIS—The Association of Rubber Products Manufacturers has distributed its 2014 wage and salary survey to member and non-member rubber and plastic companies requesting participation.
The survey will close on June 20 with data expected to be released in July. Interested participants are to contact the ARPM at 317-863-4072.
The survey comprises more than 50 job classifications, representing hourly and salaried employees from rubber and plastics companies serving a variety of markets in the U.S.
More than 250 rubber and plastics companies contributed to the 2013 study, which tracks information on wages, salaries, benefits and other employment related policies. The association said it expects to see the number of participants grow in 2014.
“This survey is extremely thorough and will provide a comprehensive report for the rubber industry,” ARPM Executive Director Troy Nix said. “We will be tracking the information received on employees and related areas within the business participating.”
The ARPM was established in 2010 and consists of more than 50 members. It works with manufacturers with bottom line impacting programs, networking and additional beneficial services.
