TARRYTOWN, N.Y.—Ampacet Corp. has agreed to acquire Australian-based Allied Color and Additives.
Ampacet said ACA specializes in color and functional additive masterbatch for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
The acquisition is expected to close in July, Ampact said.

ACA employs 40 and operates manufacturing facilities in Australia and New Zealand.
Ampacet is a global masterbatch producer that produces custom color, special effect, black, white and specialty additive masterbatches for molding and other processes and application. It is headquartered in Tarrytown and operates 22 manufacturing sites in 15 countries with more than 1,900 employees in the Americas, Asia and Europe.
