Alan Roberts is the 2014 recipient of the Charles Goodyear Medal. Roberts, who spent much of his career at the Malaysian Rubber Research Association in England, received the award in late March at the ACS Rubber Division's 185th Spring Technical Meeting and Symposium in Louisville, Ky.
