NORTHBROOK, Ill.—Rogan Corp. has expanded its extensive molding capacity with the purchase of two Wittmann Battenfeld two-shot hydraulic injection molding presses.
The purchase is part of the firm's ongoing commitment to investing in new technology, which it said has resulted in the advancement of its molding capabilities and the reduction of cycle times. Rogan can provide customers with quicker time to market and better cost-effective production.
The presses are designed for two-shot molding, which the company said will increase its ability to meet increasing market demand for more complex parts and component assemblies.
Rogan said the presses are designed to minimize production space requirements. Each features full clamping force evenly distributed over the mold space, rectangular clamping platen, short dry cycle times and high structural rigidity and sturdiness.
