FORT MILL, S.C.— Continental Tire the Americas L.L.C. is holding a contest that offers the winner a VIP trip to the 2014 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona this January.
The race is the first in the Tudor United SportsCar Championship, for which Conti is the designated tire supplier for three of the series' four classes.
The contest runs through Dec. 13. Those interested can enter at the website dedicated to the contest.
The winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Daytona Beach, Fla., for the Jan. 25-27 race weekend. Expenses include air and ground transportation, hotel, tickets and VIP access passes to the event.
In addition, Conti will award five first-place winners $100 VISA debit cards and 10 second-place winners Conti Tire Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona prize packs.
The Tudor UnitedSports Car Series is North America's premier endurance road-racing series, combining the former American Le Mans and Grand American Racing series. Conti first became engaged with the Grand American series in 2009 and recently was named the spec tire supplier for all but the series' GT Le Mans class, which retains an open tire specification.
