WASHINGTON—Brian Riley will succeed Isabel Jasinowski as head of Goodyear's government relations office in Washington when Jasinowski retires in February after 32 years with the tire maker.
Riley, who has nearly 30 years of experience of working in Washington and with state governments, joined Goodyear in 2008 as director of federal and state affairs, Goodyear said.
Nathan Facey, former deputy chief of staff for Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, will join Goodyear Nov. 1 to fill Riley's position.
