ZIMMERN ON RHINE, Germany—Rampf Dosiertechnik GmbH and Co. K.G. plans to show its DC-CNC800 low-pressure mixing and dispensing system for polyurethanes at Bondexpo, the company said in a statement.
Bondexpo is scheduled to be held in Stuttgart Oct. 7-10, said Ramph. The firm added that the DC-CNC 800 system can be fitted with gear or piston pumps and has CNC Siemens Sinumerik modular control system that monitors pressure, fill level and speed continuously.
Rampf added that the system gives standardized operating concepts for sliding table, rotary index plate and conveyor feed. The machine, which features an integrated mixing system, gives material-friendly homogenization and faster degassing, it said. Maintenance has been made simpler, with better access to the pumps, said Rampf.
The DC-CNC 800 can be fitted with the MS-C mixing system for a dispensing output from 0.1 g/sec. The firm added that vacuum barrel presses for gap filler also can be integrated into the low-pressure mixing and dispensing system.
