LAKE GENEVA, Wis.—Trostel Ltd. has appointed three people to its molding operations leadership.
Arturo Atencio will become director of molding operations at the 66,000 sq.-ft. facility in Reynosa, Mexico. Edgar Nieto will become the engineering manager, and Eduardo Arizoca will become the manufacturing manager, both in Reynosa.
Atencio brings 15 years of manufacturing leadership experience, most recently as plant manager for Donaldson Company's facility in Aguascalientes. He is also a plant manager with Emerson Leroy-Somer North America in Reynosa.
Nieto's most recent role is engineering manager with Emerson Leroy-Somer North America, where he led a total productive maintenance program that improved uptime from 79 percent to 95 percent.
Arizoca has experience in the automotive industry as a process and controls engineer.
Trostel, headquartered in Lake Geneva, manufactures custom seals and precision molded rubber products, as well as develops and produces polymer compounds.
