ChemPartners expands raw material portfolio for rigid polyurethane foam
MOSCOW—ChemPartners Co., a producer of raw materials for rigid polyurethane foam in Russia, will increase its raw material offering to strengthen its market position, according to company sources.
"We recently have started the supply of trichloropropyl phosphate, which is used as a flame retardant for the production of rigid polyurethane foam, sealing foams and some other products. In addition to the TCPP, we starting to offer to our customers … flame retardants such as trichloroethyl phosphate and triethyl phosphate," said Alexander Kozlov, secretary of the project manager of ChemPartners.
The company also announced the expansion of its polyether polyol production line. The company believes this area is growing by 8 to 10 percent per year in its main target market of the Central Federal District, which includes the largest Russian industrial cities and most of the Russian producers of polyurethane foams.
The company believes its product line expansion will help it strengthen its position in the market. This is the second time this year that ChemPartners has increased its offerings.
The company has future demand will dictate the precise volume of its new products.
