BUTLER, Wis.—The Milwaukee Journal has named Molded Rubber and Plastics Corp. as a Top Workplace in Southeast Wisconsin for the second straight year.
The award is based on feedback from employees, according to the company.
The newspaper surveyed employees from 224 companies, with a combined 102,262 workers, according to MRPC. This year, 136 workplaces were recognized in a special section published May 19 in the Journal Sentinel.
MRPC has 120 employees in Butler and 20 at its Largo, Fla., location. The manufacturer recently announced it will expand its Butler plant for the first time in 30 years, adding 15,000 square feet to the 85,000-sq.-ft. facility. The project is expected to be completed by the end of November.
