NOVI, Mich.—Cooper Standard Holdings Inc. has named Jeffrey S. Edwards chairman.
Edwards, named the firm's CEO earlier this year, replaces James S. McElya, who retired from the chairman position when his term expired on May 9.
Cooper Standard makes sealing and trim, fuel and brake, fluid transfer, thermal and emissions and anti-vibration systems, employs more than 22,000 globally and operates in 19 countries.
