CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio—Emerald Performance Materials L.L.C. has named Dar-Tech Inc. as its Midwest/Ohio Valley distributor for its Nychem specialty nitrile and butadiene emulsion product lines.
Dar-Tech, based in Cleveland with sales offices throughout the Midwest, distributes specialty chemicals that service the rubber market, as well as the plastic, polymer, ink, adhesive and ceramic markets. The company has been a longtime distributor of specialty epoxy and liquid polymer lines produced by Emerald.
Dar-Tech will distribute Emerald's nitrile product line in Ohio, Michigan, the western portions of Pennsylvania and New York, and eastern portions of Indiana and Kentucky.
Emerald produces and markets specialty chemicals for a variety of food and industrial applications. The company's Nychem product is FDA-approved for rubber articles for repeated use.
