DALLAS—Oxea Corp. said it will raise prices in Europe for trimethylolpropane and neopentylglycoplans on April 1.
The company said it will hike prices for the chemicals, which are used in the polyurethanes and other industries, by the equivalent of $129.48 a metric ton, when contracts allow
Less than a week ago the firm announced a price increase of 10 cents a pound for the chemicals in North America.
The increases are for list and off-list prices, said Oxea, which produces oxo intermediates and derivatives such as polyols, specialty esters and amines.
