Littlefield automatically rise through the ranks of SBLC executives, becoming treasurer in 2014, chair-elect in 2015, and chairman in 2016, the association said.
Littlefield said he has been involved in the council since its founding in 1977, when he worked for the former National Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association. He has been particularly active over the past nine years, he said.
