KUALA LUMPUR (Sept. 14, 2012)—Malaysia's production of natural rubber in July fell 14.9 percent while exports increased 7.6 percent compared with a year earlier, according to official government data.
NR output fell to 85,321 metric tons, the Department of Statistics, Malaysia, reported. Exports increased to 62,723 tons.
Domestic consumption of NR advanced 7.5 percent to 37,614, the report said.
