COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 12, 2012)—TCS Technologies will display its cloud-based TreadTracks retread plant management system at the 2012 International Tire Exhibition & Conference, taking place Sept. 18-20 at the I-X Center in Cleveland.
TCS said it designed the enterprise-grade system to manage the retread process from the time a tire is picked up through delivery of the finished product. It is capable of handling operations from one to 100-plus locations and provides “unprecedented visibility” for plant management efficiency, the company said.
Scheduled demonstrations of the technology will be given at TCS' booth (No. 632) at ITEC.
TreadTracks uses touchscreen desktop and mobile interfaces for simplicity and high-speed information flow. By leveraging interconnected components, users can see real-time productivity of each aspect of operations at all of their plants, TCS said.
The program is capable of working with existing hardware, TCS said, and follows industry standard practices and procedures. Customer data can be integrated with both TCS TirePower software and most other point-of-sale systems.
