RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (July 1, 2011)—Kumho Tire USA Inc. has signed a partnership agreement with the National Football League's Buffalo Bills, becoming the official tire of the team.
As part of the agreement, Kumho will receive branding on Buffalo Bills tickets, including season tickets, season suite tickets, individual game tickets and tickets downloaded online from ticketmaster.com. Kumho will have advertising opportunities during each home game played at Ralph Wilson Stadium, and the Rancho Cucamonga-based tire maker will receive advertising and promotional inventory on the team's website along with communication access to the team's fan database.
Kumho and the Buffalo Bills also have integrated Cheektowaga, N.Y.-based tire retailer Dunn Tire L.L.C. into the deal. The dealership will offer ticket holders $75 off any set of four Kumho-brand tires as a special “ticket back” offer redeemable at any of its 30 locations throughout Central and Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania, Kumho said.
Kumho Tire also plans to host a two-day ride-and-drive event at the Bills' stadium, where fans will have the opportunity to “feel the capabilities of a tire in extreme conditions,” the company added.
