SUTTON, Mass.—Interstate Specialty Products Inc. has introduced custom silicone gaskets and related parts, precision die cut from several variations of the material to match specific customer application requirements.
Typical applications for die-cut silicone parts include fire-blocks, gaskets, insulators, pads, seals and thermal barriers, Interstate said.
Die-cut silicone gaskets can be custom fabricated at elevated temperatures up to 2,100°F, depending upon formulation, according to the company.
These parts can be die cut in sizes ranging from 0.015" to 1.50” thick. They feature solid and sponge variations with different densities and 10 to 85 durometer Shore A hardness, the company said.
