MIDLAND, Mich.—DowáCorning Corp.'s board of directors has elected Mike Conway, Linda Kennan, Joseph Rinaldi and Doug Schoettinger as corporate vice presidents.
Conway, vice president and chief human resources officer, joined Dow Corning in April. Conway has experience serving in a variety of human resources leadership roles, most recently with Standard Life in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Kennan was named to the newly created position of vice president of corporate stewardship. In her new role, she is responsible for driving DowáCorning's focus on sustainability, environment, health and safety and regulatory compliance. Kennan, who was previously DowáCorning's ASEAN and Australia/New Zealand region president in Thailand, has been with DowáCorning for 27 years.
Rinaldi assumed the role of vice president of finance, and is responsible for DowáCorning's economic evaluation and merger and acquisition leadership, while handling product line management. He has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of financial and leadership roles at DowáCorning.
Schoettinger, DowáCorning's deputy general counsel, was also elected vice president. Schoettinger came to DowáCorning in 1994 to manage the company's breast implant litigation and has held key positions relating to the ongoing implementation of the company's reorganization plan.
