LONDON (Jan. 6, 2011)—Prices of natural rubber throughout the world continue to rise.
In Tokyo, the Tokyo Commodity Exchange's benchmark six-month price for natural rubber reached $5.30 per kilo on Jan. 6; in Singapore, RSS3 was trading at about $5.25 and TSR20 was close to $5.20 a kilo; at the National Multi-Commodity Exchange in India, $5.20 a kilo.
Shanghai prices, usually the world's highest, reached $5.86 per kilo.
