MESA, Ariz. (Oct. 11, 2010)—American Insulock Inc., a developer of polyurethane insulating blocks, has changed its name to Lexicon Building Systems Ltd.
The company has a partnership with Mississauga, Ontario-based Woodbridge Group, which makes the polyurethane ICFs.
Lexicon also recently announced that it had settled a dispute with its former management team, which included former CEO Joel Borovay.
The settlement ends a dispute that surfaced last year, when a group of shareholders led by Enna Keller, another former CEO, attempted to remove the company's board of directors and upper management.
