GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 8, 2010)—Michelin North America Inc. will raise prices from 3 to 7 percent on U.S. replacement truck tires, effective May 1.
The price increase also applies to Michelin Retread Technologies retreads.
Additionally, Michelin will raise prices by an average of 4.5 percent on agricultural tires sold in the U.S. and Canada, also effective May 1. The Greenville-based tire maker said the price hikes are a result of rising raw material costs.
