LEBANON, Pa. (Dec. 18, 2009)—Recycled rubber flooring manufacturer Regupol America L.L.C. has purchased 10 acres of land adjacent to the 15 acres it already owned in the Lebanon Valley Industrial Park.
Regupol bought the land to prepare for an expansion of its manufacturing facility in Lebanon, said President George Soukas. The company is developing plans and confirming dates for the expansion, and plans to break ground in the first half of 2010, he said.
Regupol, a subsidiary of the German firm BSW, manufactures sports and fitness surfaces, artificial turf and sound absorption flooring materials from recycled rubber, according to the company Web site. The company has had operations in Lebanon since April 2008, according to a press release.
