LONDON (April 29, 2009)—Acquisitions boosted Fenner P.L.C.'s sales and profits fell slightly for the six months ended Feb. 28.
The firm reported a 28-percent rise in sales to $380 million, with operating profits off 0.6 percent to $29 million.
Conveyor belting revenue increased while profits fell slightly, and the advanced engineer products sales and profits rose, the company said.
