LAS VEGAS (Feb. 12, 2009)—Pathway Polymers Inc. has expanded its sales force and completed a 6,000-sq.-ft. TyrFil Recycling Systems development, processor training and machine demo area in Chattanooga, Tenn.
The expansion is fully equipped with TrioFil, AutoFil, Graco, Electric TyrFil and LiteFil tire fill systems for use by Pathway's development staff and customer processors.
Chief operating officer John Danules said this technology will help aftermarket tire dealers and customers increase sales, reduce costs and improve performance.
He said commercial tire dealers using the AutoFil Recycler tire filling system have recycled more than 100 million pounds of tire fill and saved about $100 million in new tire fill purchases since the system's creation.
Pathway appointed Mike Dormady vice president of sales and marketing. Three territory managers also were added: Kevin Carr, based in Henderson, Nev., will cover the Western U.S.; Ben Parish, from Chicago will cover the Midwest; and Pat McKinney from San Antonio will cover the Southwest area.
