VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Jan. 22, 2009)—Pirelli Tire Inc. has opened its second distribution center in Canada, located in Vancouver.
The new facility is operated by Schenker of Canada Ltd. and serves customers throughout western Canada. Schenker specializes in the management of value-added logistics, Pirelli said.
Pirelli's other distribution center in the country is in eastern Canada, operated by Pival International Inc.
