TORONTO (Aug. 29, 2008) — Continental Tire Canada Inc. said it will sponsor the Porsche Club of America's CanAm Challenge for 2009.
The race, which takes place during the first week of August, will be held at the Mosport International Speedway located north of Bowmanville, Ontario. It features a contest between American and Canadian members of the Porsche Club and other registered motorsports enthusiasts.
This will be the second consecutive year of the sponsorship. Continental Tire Canada is a business unit of Charlotte, N.C.-based Continental Tire North America Inc
