PITTSBURGH (Aug. 21, 2008) — Rubber and specialty chemical supplier Lanxess A.G. plans to develop a new regional organization joining the service capabilities of the U.S. and Canada, the company announced Aug. 20.
The combined North American Service Organization will be headed by Randy Dearth, president and CEO of the company's U.S. subsidiary Lanxess Corp., based in Pittsburgh. Dearth will become managing director, Region North America, while retaining his current roles.
