FINDLAY, Ohio (Jan. 14, 2008) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has named Allen Tsaur vice president and general manager of its Asian operations, succeeding Ron Shield, who is retiring at the end of the year.
Tsaur joined Cooper in January 2006 and since then has managed its business development in functional administrative areas. His most recent title is general manager of Cooper's China operations.
Reporting to Tsaur will be Liak Sze "Alex" Koi as general manager for the China operation and Michael Cati as deputy general manager of Asian operations.
