NAPLES, Fla. (Dec. 14, 2007) — Lehigh Technologies Inc. has narrowed its search for the sites of two new production facilities.
The producer of engineered polymers from recycled rubber said locations in Alabama, California, North Carolina and Tennessee are under consideration for the new plants. The facilities will be approximately 120,000 square feet in size and employ 75 to 100.
Lehigh plans to break ground on the first factory in early 2008 and on the second shortly thereafter. The company currently operates a facility in Tucker, Ga.
