TRENTON, N.J. (June 13, 2007) — Home Rubber Co. and Ivanhoe Rubber Division have hired Ray Sexauer and Mike Strausser to fill two key positions.
Sexauer was hired as sales manager of the mechanical rubber products maker. He has 30 years of experience working with manufacturers and distributors. Most recently, Sexauer built a hose division for a leading pipe valve and fitting distributor.
Strausser is the new lab manager for the company. He has a background in molding and formerly worked for an East Coast rubber compounder.
