AKRON (May 30) — A presentation on impulse testing and mandrel extraction technologies by David Wage of HMF Innovations will be among the 14 papers given at the June 11-12 Hose Manufacturers' Conference in Cleveland.
Wage, who is president and owner of HMF, will talk about the latest advancements in machine design and data collection technologies.
1½-day, 14-paper program for hose manufacturers is organized jointly by Rubber & Plastics News and Goodyear Engineered Products, will take place in Cleveland next month. It will take place at the Conference Center at the Holiday Inn, about 12 miles from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, and feature presentations on the latest advancements in equipment, compounding, materials and research and development, as well as relevant business aspects.
Twelve technology providers also will be conducting table-top exhibits at the conference.
The event is designed for senior managers, manufacturing engineers, plant managers and supervisors, R&D compounders and quality assurance supervisors involved in all aspects of rubber hose production.
