NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 2) — Bridgestone/Firestone signed a three-year marketing partnership with the PGA Tour to be the exclusive "Official Tire of the PGA Tour and Champions Tour."
BFS said it plans to leverage the sponsorship with a multi-media marketing campaign based on the theme, "Improve your drive." The Nashville-based tire maker also will have on-site components at select PGA events aimed at fans.
The company´s Bridgestone brand already sponsors the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational.
