AKRON (March 19, 2007) — The North American rubber industry was a different animal the second time around for Rep Corp.´s Tim Graham-smaller, more competitive, a tougher environment. Graham, who had spent more than 20 years at the Bartlett, Ill.-based maker of rubber injection presses, left the French-owned firm for four years to work for Hahn Industries, then returned as Rep´s national sales manager in 2004. Late last year he became president of the company when Ron Dagar retired.
